We are drooling over the new winter menu which includes an Italian inspired prawn ravioli served in a punchy laksa sauce, a Western style short rib with traditional Indonesian rendang, sweet and sour pork nuggets, and a host of new cocktails to toast with, including the Lady Lister, that beautifully combines Assam tea infused tequila, orange marmalade, egg white and smoked hickory salt.
