An intimate dinner event hosted by Bollinger’s Cellar Master was held in the Art Gallery of NSW with specular and elegant styling to represent the ‘Bold and Brilliant’ character of this distinguished wine.

The dinner was attended by top-tier luxury and lifestyle editors as well as key social influencers, with MINT managing the targeted guest list and brainstorming of bringing to life the character of the wine through the event moments.

Prior to the launch, MINT pitched interviews with the General Manager of Bollinger during a visit to the Australian market, placing significant long lead coverage to land as the new cuvée was released to market.
